My husband and I were outside last Sunday, with a group, listening to Johnny Lobo. We come there at least twice a month, sometimes more often. Our server was Jacky, and i asked her if she was new. She asked if there was a problem and I told her that she had given the best service we had ever gotten there. We as a group wanted to share that with you. she is great.

The rooms are dirty with a musty smell that never goes away. The view is nice The restaurant is completely overpriced for the extremely slow service and just ok food. Definitely do not order the chowder, it came out cold and congealed the waitress said oh it always comes out cold I will fix it. Came back with same bowl just microwaved to death. When we FINALLY got our food it was lukewarm and just fried to death food. Very greasy. Key lime pie was the only good thing we had and it was free due to long wait. I think they have monkeys there for the sole purpose to distract from all the negatives. They were cute but not enough to ever make me come back and pay such a high bill.

First time ever to Riverside Crab House. Nice view but restaurant seems neglected. Needs to b cleaned up and updated. Menu was very pricy and food was just ok. Service was very slow. Raw oysters were the worst I have ever had. Weird smell and texture. My wife’s soup was cold and had to be reheated. too many other good places to eat. Don’t think we will ever go back.

We had an amazing time, just moved here and since I LOVE the public I want to put an app. In…just got to there at the right time …retired, but need this to keep me going, lol! I recommend this incredible place to all…we have friends from the Adirondacks in NY that came here last year…they are meeting us for dinner…
